BetPro: Markets, Orders and Account Activity

Use the BetPro exchange area to browse events, compare the selections displayed and follow your account activity. The useful starting point is the market itself: identify what result settles it, how the price is written and what the confirmation screen says about your order. This guide explains the journey from opening a market to reviewing its settlement.

Find the Event You Want to Follow

Start with the sport or competition menu, then choose the correct fixture. Similar team names, reserve sides and different match dates can appear close together. Open the event details and read the start time before moving to a market. A cricket match result, an innings total and a player performance selection can all belong to the same fixture while settling on very different conditions.

Understand the Market Controls

Read the labels beside the prices rather than assuming every exchange interface works in the same way. If a market offers back and lay choices, learn which side you are selecting and how liability is calculated. If it instead presents a fixed price and stake, follow that market instruction. The word exchange in a name does not make every displayed product a peer-to-peer trading market.

Enter a Stake and Review the Order

Select the outcome and enter the amount using the stake field. Review the price, possible return and any liability before confirming. With a simple decimal-price back selection, a Rs 200 stake at 1.50 returns Rs 300 if successful, including the stake. A lay liability calculation is different. Use the figures attached to the actual order instead of copying a return from another market.

Follow Open and Accepted Activity

After submission, open the activity record and check whether the instruction was accepted, rejected or remains pending. Where matching is part of the product, an unmatched instruction is not the same as a matched position. A changing price can affect what is accepted. Avoid submitting the same instruction repeatedly because the screen appears slow; first inspect the order record and the amount reserved from your balance.

Read Settlement and Balance Together

When the event is complete, compare the market result with the settled record. A void selection, an adjusted result and a winning selection need different treatment. Any commission or charge should be read alongside the return. Available balance may differ from total balance while other activity remains open. Keep the order reference so a settlement question can be attached to the correct market.

Manage the Account around the Market

Sign in with your own account and use the deposit or withdrawal options displayed there. Keep payment receipts separate from market references: one explains movement of funds, while the other explains an individual selection. On a phone, allow the event screen to refresh after a connection interruption before placing another order. Finish by reviewing open exposure and signing out on a shared device.
